Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation While Having PCOS

Hi, iam nilmini, I have irrugular mensus, some month no mensus. Some vog sir have said I have pcos, but some test are normal.tsh, prolactine, glucose challange test, cbc. Letf side pallopian tube blocked. I want to be a pregnant.but not yet since 2 years.iam 32 yrs.have 5 yr son.pls dr tell me what happend to me.

Hi welcome to health care magic...

In PCOS ovulation is defective with high androgen level and ovarian cyst present...
USG and some biochemical analysis test useful for rule out this to diagnose PCOS...

In PCOS treatment might not be fully effective...
For irregular menstruation you might given contraceptive pill ....
Antiandrogen treatment might given to reduce androgenic effect....

Loose weight if obese. ...

For diabetes if you have metformin needs. ...

Clomiphene tablet therapy can induce ovulation....

As you are having tubal blockage also conception chance seems less...
You might need assisted reproductive technique if can't conceive..
