Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hello sir My self neha, my age is 24 and had a D&C in feb 2016...nd had period had in march... I have problem of irregular periods which since last 5 6 year...when i took the medicine my periods was regular but after some days it was irregular, now i tried for pregnancy but my period were stopped so dr suggested me to take prevent-n medicine. 22 sep i took my last tab...now sir i wanna pregnant please suggest me what i do?? Thanku

Hello,

I would like you to do follow this guideline:
1. Stop the drug
2. Let there be period
3. On Day 2 (2 days after withdrawal, irrespective of bleeding), do the following tests:
- FSH, LH, Estrogen, Progesterone
- Lower Abdominal USG including measurement of the endometrium.

Post the report here in HCM, any doctor can follow up.
On Day 10- Day 17, have intercourse, every day.

If there is no bleeding or irregular, it can be then followed up and a new treatment plan will be made.

Thanks and do not worry. You will get pregnant, there are ample of treatments and procedures available.
