Hello,
Since you have a history of Polycystic ovary, you are suggested to get it treated at the earliest.
Polycystic ovary causes menstrual irregularities,
infertility, obesity, anemia, hormonal imbalance, early
menopause if at a perimenopausal age, etc.
You will be treated with medications(
Clomiphene, progestin therapy, etc) & will require to do few lifestyle changes(Low BMI, limit
carbohydrate uptake, active life, etc).
Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Take the medication(deviry) prescribed to you. After 5-7 of of stopping the medication, you will get
menstruation.
You may need tonic for the uterus (gynowin, etc). Take iron, calcium, protein-rich diet. Stay away from addictions if any, Avoid stress. Take adequate sleep.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
