Hi,

Irregular periods can be caused by various factors such as hormonal imbalances, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), thyroid problems, stress, weight gain or loss, and other medical conditions. It's important to first identify the underlying cause of irregular periods before starting any treatment.

APCOD powder contains Myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol, which are natural supplements that have been found to improve insulin resistance and regulate menstrual cycles in women with PCOS. If your irregular periods are due to PCOS, then taking APCOD powder may help regulate your menstrual cycle and improve your symptoms.

However, if your irregular periods are due to other factors such as thyroid problems, stress, or other medical conditions, then taking APCOD powder may not be effective. Therefore, it's important to consult with your doctor to identify the underlying cause of your irregular periods and determine the best course of treatment.

In addition to irregular periods, you have also mentioned that you have gained weight and have a water bubble in your ovary. These may also be symptoms of PCOS, but it's important to have a proper evaluation by your doctor to determine the exact cause of your symptoms. Treatment for weight gain may involve changes in diet and exercise habits, and your doctor may also suggest medication or other treatments if necessary.

Overall, it's important to have a proper evaluation by your doctor to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms and determine the best course of treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
