Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods And Abdominal Pain

I am 19 years old n I have menstrual irregularity n pain..but since 5 month I get severe pain in lower abdomen , back, vomiting , nausea, n lower limb pain, heavy bleeding.. All reports including hormonal test , ultrasound are normal. Last month I could not bear the pain n I fainted...should I go for checked up again??? And what is the treatment??

I really appreciate your concern, such irregular menses could be due to hormone changes if this is severe enough then it need to be investigated and may need some hormone treatment to get it correct, better to see the gynecologist, hope this information helps, take care.
