My periods have become worse over months first they were irregular which has now become regular again but the periods are bad as sometimes I hardly bleed and next period I bleed excessively sometimes I have gaps in between bleeding days but all last around 7 days still I get clots and the pain is unbearable I feel sick every period and swell every month badly every month it is getting worse. I had an abortion Christmas 2009 but periods were ok until several months back. I am worried what this is. I get bad serious pains sometimes lower abdomen sometimes stomach even at times on sides near ovaries
