Hi there, I have understood your concern and I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

If you are not breastfeeding your baby then please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Tablet Cabergoline 0.5 mg 2 stat, for suppressing milk secretion.

Secondly, please seek proper counseling services for your mood swings, you might need mild anxiolytic medication like Tablet Alprazolam 0.25 mg at night.
Meditate regularly.
Think positive.
Indulge in recreational activities like music, painting or exercise regimen.
Things will be fine in the due course of time.

I hope this answer helps you.
Thanks.
