Hello

There are several things to know. Firstly, what hormonal medication you take. Secondly, duration of 3 months is not sufficient to show some significant result. There are some tests to be done. Atleast you should have progesterone medication (hormonal) for 6 months. Then again, you should suddenly stop progesterone suddenly and there should be bleeding. On Day 2 ( 2nd day of bleeding), you should check blood level of hormones along with Lower Abdomen USG. Additionally, Liver function test is also necessary to keep an eye on side effects of Progesterone therapy.

Thus, my opinion is this. You should continue the hormonal treatment for more 3 months to make it 6 months altogether. Then you can stop suddenly and on day 2 of bleeding, you can have th following tests:
1. Estrogen, Progeterone, FSH, LH blood level
2. Thyroid Function Test (T3, T4, TSH)
3. Lower Abdomen USG (TAS) including Endometrial Thickness
4. Liver Function Tests
You should also consider the hormonal treatment should continue upto 1 year or may be more than that according to your PCOS status.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
