Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods Despite Taking Deviry
Hello. I am having pcos and i am 22 years old. I wanted to seek the advice of gynae on my condition. I have taken all sorts of harmonal treatment for regularization of my periods but i am intolerant towards certain drugs such as krimson, Diane etc. I have tried Metformin as well for 2 years but it didnt help. My doctor has now put me on deviry. Its been a long time i have been taking it (over 2 years) I wanted to know possible side effects and also about new medicine called furocyst and its effectivness in managing pcos. I am only suffering from irregular periods and acne. I am not obese, no facial hair etc. Thanks

It helps in reducing ovary volume and reduction of cyst size. It regularise the menstrual cycle. It also improves insulin sensitivity and regulates circulating androgen levels. Acne in pcos is treated with clindamycin or isotretinoin topically.
