Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods While Having Intramural Fibroid

Hi Doctor, I am 52 years old and suffering from irregular periods in the past 2 months. sonogram shows dilated pelvic veins and uterine wall 1.2 cm in diameter and says could be intramural fibroid. The doctor wants me to take Dicynone 500 mg and Daflon 500 mg together first to see if it reduce the bleeding. What is your opinion? Many thanks! Soori
