Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

I am 32 year old and have two kids. I got my tubectomy done after second delivery. From few months i have heavy and irregular periods. Just with a gap of ten days i am bleeding with clots in between. My scan report shows right ovary is bulky, secondary to a 26 * 21 mm cyst. left is normal. Mild free fuid in puch of douglas. Is there any serious risk??
