Hello thanks for asking from HCM

You have problem of proper sleeping. Your sleep time has been constantly getting delayed and you sleep at about 2 am and wakes up at about 11 am. You have decided to take Alprazolam 0.25 for this problem. As per my opinion you have problem of abnormal sleep rhythm and I am afraid the drug will not help much in your problem. It may make you dependent and the drug have high abuse potential. For abnormal sleep rhythm disorders sleep hormone Melatonin can prove useful. The drug is safe and don't have abuse potential. The drug can help to correct abnormal rhythm. Ramelteon is other drug which is a melatonin agonist and can help to improve such complaints. Consult a sleep specialist or psychiatrist for help.

Thanks, hope this helps you
