Suggest Treatment For Irregularity In The Shape Of My Head And Face

Is there any possibility to change my head shape and my face shape? I m 32. When I was a baby, my mom let me sleeping on my back, so my head shape isn t perfect, and even worse, my face shape is effectted too, is there any possibility to change my head shape and my face shape? Can t accept plastic surgery. Is there any possibility to change them by sleeping on my tummy?

Hi,
thank you for your question at HCM.
Its difficult to change ones physical structure after a particular age but one option is to go for plastic surgery.As you dont want to go for plastic surgery you have got very less options.
There is no chance of changing your face and its structure by any physical means as i know and all the available things are a bluff.
Plastic surgery might be helpful.
