Suggest Treatment For Irritable Bowel

I m 30 years old male. I m suffering from irritable bowel and used to get fresh 3-4 times in a day. My daily routine is normal and I also drink sufficient water in a day. My stool is also normal (not very hard and not very loose). Please suggest me any medicine for permanent cure.

You should take Isabgol Husk daily with normal water.
