Hello I share your concern Blood in urine also known as haematuria is a matter of concern and need to identify the underlying cause.
If I were your treating doctor I would have advised you for a battery of tests like blood profile for CBC and blood sugar and urine microscopy, occult blood and culture or ultrasound to look for any prostate relayed disease. You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of doctor Have lots of fluids to maintain good hydration and avoid putting pressure on perineum while cycling.
