General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

* Sorry to say but the question here to be satisfied is out of the reach of an online consultation as this is a complex issue with advanced pathology involving multiple organ systems of heart, lungs and general system.
* A routine protocol consists of antidiabetic, antihypertensive, beta blocker, diuretics, ACE inhibitors, bronchi dilators, calcium channel blocker, inotropes as digoxin and so forth in the drug list as per the clinician concern and case presentation.

However, if you can provide a list of your current medications, I can still guide further in this regard.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
