Suggest Treatment For Itchiness All Over The Body And Arm Pit

yes, I have intermittent pain in both sides up high like it you start under my arm towards the middle of my upper stomach just spasm to cramp like pain but not on both sides at same time. Also for couple weeks had at times very intense all over my body itiching and now at various sites but no longer intense. A few days ago had forceful pain in my chest.

Hi,

Noted the history of itching all over body in past, pain from armpits to mid abdomen on one side at a time.
The commonest causes I can think about are as follows:
Costochondritis, related to stress and anxiety.
Muscular.
Cardiac cause to be ruled out by EKG and other tests.
Itching all over body is indicative of an allergic dermatitis or so.
If there is rash or so get a proper management by taking antihistamine and oral steroids which help for costochondritis too.
Consult a dermatologist if required for proper diagnosis and management.
Get the investigations for the pains as you have mentioned to get the cause and get treated as per the cause found.
