My balls itch when I sit down or walk around it comes and go s when I feel fown there it s all sweaty and I check my testicles and I use fungal jock itch cream which does help at night when I sleep during the day however I get moments were I am sweaty and itchy down there I check for a rash and all I can see us regular jock itch I don t know if it is my clothing or what and the last sexual experience I had was dry humping a girl with a condom on she had underwear on so no pentetrstion and she did give me oral but I had a condom on then. Also no pain or sores. What could it be?

Apply antifungal cream containing clotrimazole, steroid and antibiotic such as Lobate GM cream thrice daily 2. Keep your groin area clean and dry 3. Wear loose cotton undergarment 4. You can also use ketoconazole dusting powder 5. Avoid sharing clothing, towels, or bed sheets 6. Wash clothes in hot water with fungicidal soap 7. 8. Do not scratch to much 9. Take high protein diet such as eggs and cheese to boost immunity 10. Investigation – blood sugar (fasting & postprandial) 11. Consult a dermatologist if you are not getting relief from these measures
