Hello,

I feel you must be having some kind of allergy either from your food or from any cosmetics you are using or any detergent or some allergen from atmosphere.

So, first thing is you yourself have to find out all this and if you notice anything which is causing all the trouble, you have to stop using that or you can go for skin allergy testing.

Meanwhile, you can apply, Atarax anti-itch lotion, 2 to 3 times per day. Apply cetaphil moisturizing lotion for keeping the skin hydrated and take tablet Vozet at nighttime.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priya Mohod Shirsat
