Suggest Treatment For Itchiness Under Both Arms

I ve recently developed itchiness under both my arms...I ve had this for about a month. At first it just itched like crazy....now it itches and burns. The area is all red and blotchy. the rash is only under my arms and hasnt spread anywhere else....i ve noticed that the rash seems to be wet (almost like i have scratched it too much and the skin is open) i looked up armpit irritation and the first thing that popped up was scabies...i looked at pictures of scabies however and my rash doesnt resemble it Could this be from my deoderant? and what should or could i do to stop it. It is becoming unbarable....it just itches and burns and feels very dry...and like i said it is just red and blotchy. It is also swollen a little bit....it makes my armpit look like it has rolls.

Hi,

First, you must stop any deodorant or perfume you use under your armpit. You can use hydrocortisone cream to calm it down.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
