General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that there might be some local infection at anal opening, either bacterial or fungal.
Apply triple action cream locally.
There is another possibility of having developed internal piles at different site other than operated one.
There are three sites where internal piles can be there, at 3, 7 and 11 o'clock position.
Consult surgeon again and get examined.
Ok and take care.
