Suggest Treatment For Itching And Discomfort In The Penis And Testicles

good day Doctor! I felt so very itchy and the itchyness is in the vein inside of my penis and testicels that's what I feel when I started to scratch! it feels so good and it's become to much itchy this happen 3 days ago until now. But there's no hard times effect in my peeing..thank you hope you will help me for ur tips.

It seems to be an infection of the epididymis known as Epididymitis. It is the infection of the part of testicles and needs antibiotics along with antihistamine.

If I was your treating physician I would have prescribed you with Augmentin if not allergic to and Claritin and of course a follow up after a week. You will better soon.

Precautions:
Keep a good hygiene and take plenty of water.
No sex until you get better.
Always use barrier contraception (condoms) to save yourself from STDs. Also get tested for sexually transmitted diseases. Your primary care physician will help you to give a script for TORCH infection screening.
