clitoris feels throbbing and itchy foul odor sometimes very very bad odor, vaginal dryness for a long time. I am 52 menopausal for 5 years. Over weight 186 lbs and 5'6. Have had numerous paps, talks with several GYN's no one knows. Have been having these symptoms for almost 3 years. The only thing that seems to work for a short time is antibiotics then after a week or month it starts coming back. Started taking estrogen cream 1 week ago no effect. Desperate now because work is noticing the smell and I am getting very tired.
