hi, i am from india but i stay in US now. i am 26 Male i am having infection on my foreskin and a little on tip of my penis, i don t feel any itching often. i am scared to tell anyone or meet a doctor. having this from more than a year now. can you please suggest me what to do now?

i would like to suggest you that you must visit doctor immediately, since you have this problem for one year now, as health should be your priority without any hesitation.you need to inform complete details to your treating doctor.clinical examination of the lesion and laboratory investigation to identify the causative organism is must for treatment.meanwhile you start cleaning the lesion with soap and antiseptics till you visit the doctor. wish you a healthy time ahead.
