Suggest Treatment For Itching And Pan In The Eyelids

Hello, I m having issues with my eyes, and I m not sure what s going on. The past week or so, my eyes have been really itchy. I woke up this morning, and I noticed that it hurts in my lower eyelid when I blink. I pulled down the skin under my eyes so I could look in my lower eyelid, and it was red, and almost bloody looking. I m thinking that since I ve been rubbing my eyes, I could have popped a blood vessel or something. Any ideas?

Probably conjunctivitis it is. Use antihistaminic eye drops and Ciprofloxacin eye drops. Wash eyes once or twice a day.
