You have a history of having seizures due to larvae in the brain. You should continue to take the prescription medicines and get follow up clinical examination and treatment from your treating doctor. Since you are presently having itchy rashes all over the body, be careful about your diet. Do not eat any food that is causing you triggers.
For relief you can take antihistamines. Antihistamines cause drowsiness so when you take it avoid driving, doing heavy work or operating any machinery, etc. Stay at rest. Take care of your hygiene, you can take a course of corticosteroids (if you do not have allergy to it) for faster relief. Get clinically assessed by a dermatologist, you may require long term treatment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
