For the past couple months I've noticed that in my buttocks creases only I have tiny bumps...they do not itch and are not painful, but haven't gone away...I have really oily skin and have dealt with ingrown hairs in the pubic area as a person of african descent but my butt in pretty hairless...I've even looked at it in the mirror and they don't have big heads/look like genital warts look in pictures but I don't know what's wrong..can you please give me some considerations?
