General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello. It seems like an fungal infection. I would suggest you following things
1. Wear cotton loose clean underwear. Avoid too tight or polyester innerwear
2. Keep your genitals and anal area dry. Everytime you use washroom.... Clean and dry it with tissue paper. Do not let the genitals be wet.
3. You can apply ketoconazole cream 2 % at the itchy area twice in the day.
4. Incase of no relief in a week; kindly see a dermatologist.
Hope this helps you. Any more questions ; you can ask. Regards.
