i have itching on panty line area but i dont swin in pools. whenever i come from work and remove my clothes the itch starts. it itch so bad that the area starts to look dark and spreading out toward my leg. i afraid to wear a swim suit for fear that it would be seen

Thanks you for asking this question. I have undergone through your question. I understand your concern. Itching in groin area points towards fungal infection.
Advise
1. Apply antifungal cream containing clotrimazole, antibiotic and steroid for 2 weeks such as Lobate GM cream - three times daily
3. keep groin area clean and dry
4. wear good quality loose undergarment
