Suggest Treatment For Itching On Arms, Neck, Stomach And Back

I started itching all over my body, the inside of my arms, neck, stomach, back and breast. I did some research to see what rash I have and found something similar to my itching and the way it looks. I found a pregnancy rash called PUPPS rash that looks similar to mine. I read about it and it is said to be common in first time pregnancys, but I m not sure if I m pregnant. I m 18 years old, not allergic to anything, sexually active, no medical history. Could I possibly be pregnant and not know it and have this rash?

Hello dear and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The urticaria is not related only with pregnancy.

It can be related to many other medical conditions such as an allergic reaction.

I suggest to use antihistamines such as Cetirizine 10 mg daily.

I also suggest using Hydrocortisone cream for local application.
