Suggest Treatment For Itching On Scalp And Inner Thighs

I ve been dealing with itching for almost two months now. First it was just my scalp, then it was my inner thighs, then I got a rash on my arm then later moved to my neck. Currently my back and torso have small red bumps on them that itch terribly. I went to my Doctor and he referred me to an allergy doctor and prescribed me with doxepin. I can t get in to see the allergy doctor for a month. I feel like going to urgent care because my body is itching and burning so bad. Waiting to take the doxepin until I go to bed. Just researched it and saw that it was for depression. Is this the correct treatment?

Hi,

You have to go back to him as one medicine can be used for a number of diseases as they work differently for every other disease.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
