Suggest Treatment For Itching On The Scrotum
A couple weeks ago I noticed a itchiness developing on the left side of my scrotum. It was pretty localized so I thought I had a pimple or mosquito bite or something like that. A couple days ago I noticed flakes of dry skin pealing off the area about the size of a nickle almost like dry skin. Now the area is red, irritated, and tender to the touch. Could this be some kind of skin rash or fungal infection?

I really appreciate your function, such itching could be due to fungal infection and in my opinion it can be managed with Miconazole ointment, care need to be taken for good hygiene, else it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
