Suggest Treatment For Itching Rashes In A Diabetic

HELLO. I AM A TYPE I DIABETIC. MY DOCTOR PUT ME ON A NEW INSULIN (LANTUS AND HUMILOG) AND SINCE THEN (MARCH 3RD) I HAVE DEVELOPED AN ITCHING RASH. I THOUGHT THEY WERE FLEA BITES OR MAYBE A SPIDER BITE. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND I DO? I HAVE TRIED TO REDUCE THE ITCH BY RUBBING ALCOHOL. BENZADRIL TABS AND OINTMENT.
