Suggest Treatment For Itching Rashes On My Knee
Rash started behind my knee over a week ago. Very itchy but only seems at night. It has then spread to groin, hips, stomach and elbow creases. Skin does not look red but feels grainy to touch and very itchy. Always worse in the evenings. I haven t changed diet or washing powder.

It may be prurigo simplex most probably. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
Insects bite sensitivity might induce such disease. I would suggest...
- oral steroid in tapering dose
- antihistaminics
- apply mild steroid cream
- take precautions to stop insects bite
