Suggest Treatment For Itching Rashes On The Skin

My poison ivy started two days ago and it s getting worse. Despite Zyntac, claritan, Tech Nu soap and lotion, vinegar on oozing skin and calamyne lotion -- nothing is helping alleviate the itching and spreading... Can t get into doctor until Thurs 8:15am. Any thoughts?

Poison ivy is a poisonous flowering plant that is known for causing allergic reaction leading to itching, irritation, and sometimes painful rash in most people who touch. In some cases, allergic reaction can progress to anaphylaxis. Your wound might have been infected.
Advice
1.     Amoxicillin 500 mg every 8 hours for 5 days
2.     Dexamethasone 0.5 mg every 12 hours for 5 days
3.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
4.     Avoid touching poison ivy
5.     Apply mupirocin cream locally (T – bact cream) every 8 hours
