Suggest Treatment For Itching Sensation On The Hand

yesterday i went to get some advice from my doctor on how to treat my itchiness on my skin . it currently appear on my hand when the wheater is getting hot , it become swollen and redness. the doctor said that nothing can be done because my dna/antibody is very sensitive . is it true ? is there any medication/supplement that can really help me because im facing this problem for about 6month now .
