Suggest Treatment For Itchy And Painful Rash On The Shins

I have a very itchy and painful rash that is spreading on my left shin. From my research and comparing photos it looks like dermatitis herpatiformis? Can I send a photo to you on here? How should I treat this please? I want to ask a Dermatologist Dr. please.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be dermatitis and most of the time it well responds to steroid and "Beclomethasone cream" can be tried if this fails to responds then consult the dermatologist hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
