Suggest Treatment For Itchy Anus With Red Bumps Around It

I get itching around my anus that are little red bumps& red around the area& may itch like crazy In the evening per say after a shower then the next day it may be fine,then a day or 2later it may start again,then nothing for a week,then back again for a day it s off& on,I m am a very clean person use prepH wet wipes after bowel movements & shower everyday,I also have lower abdomen bloatiness that sometimes after eating it feels like my pants are tight & if I could just fart it would relieve the uncomfortable pressure & bloatiness,I try to eat fiber in diet& also take a few Metamucil capsules per day

Hi,

Stool examination and skin scraping from anal region can take exact diagnosis, Albendazole single dose for this can be prescribed by local physician after general examination. (Excessive dietary fiber can cause as metamucil you are taking can cause excessive itching almost similar to your history is also possible). Strengthen your immune system (eat fresh fruits, juices, steamed vegetables, amla, aloe vera, basil, antioxidants are good).
