Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Under foreskin there will be smegma formation which are secretions of glands. If you don't clean it properly it will accumulate and cause fungal as well as bacterial infections. Use warm water or saline for cleaning the area. Avoid soaps as it may irritate more. Applying creams or ointments containing combination of anti fungal agents like Miconazole , anti bacterial like Neomycin and corticosteroids like Beclamethasone for local application will be helpful. If no improvement then oral antibiotics will be needed.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

General & Family Physician Dr. Gunjan Jain's  Response
Hello! Thank you for writing us here.
Well you really need to take shower everyday. And while having shower, you have to clean your genitalia properly. Retract the foreskin and wash it properly. I would suggest you to use the ointment sofframicin on foreskin and have a tab cetirizine before going to sleep for a week.

Best regards,
Dr Gunjan
