Suggest Treatment For Itchy Blisters On Leg

I m a 57 y/o male, 50lbs over weight, blisters with thick skin, on one leg along the shin from ankle to bottom of the knee. The leg and foot is almost completely without feeling from damage due to a car wreck 2 years ago so there isn t much pain at all, but there is some sensation, and these blisters are severely itchy lasting near two months now.
