The itchy blisters on scalp, elbows and knee indicate allergic eruptions through some sort of immune mediated antibodies production or else. Primary care with: - Antiseptic cleaning of the lesion - Local application of aloe vera cream, calamine lotion on alternate basis - Anti histamine as diphenhdyramine, cetirizine or else - Steroid shots or oral betamethasone as per the choice of your doc - Culture swab of one of the blister content - Discuss the need of antibiotics, anti-fungal medications with your dermatologist.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
