Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bug Bite Like Bump On Foreskin

Hello... I woke up one morning about 2 weeks ago & went to the bathroom, i noticed what looked like a misquto bite on the foreskin of my uncercumsized penis. It itched very bad and had a small hole in the center. It eventually turned purple & now its like a very thick black scab and still itches!! What is it & what can i do about it?

Hello,

Dermatologic conditions are difficult without seeing them. It could be herpes, just an abrasion, even syphillis.

Obviously, treatments would be different. Going into a dermatologist while it is there would be best. Localized care like a neosporin works on some things and rarely makes things worse.
