I had a pimple like bump on my back and it was itchy and scabbed till i scratched it a little and the scab comes off but it look like a small round bruise that is purple with a hole in it due to scratching but other pimple like bumps appear on my legs, thighs, face, chest, genitals that is supper itcy
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have itchy bump on back which occurs due to stress, anxiety, clogged pores of sebaceous glands of skin with dead bacteria, sleeplessness ,drugs like steroids and oily food. Need not to worry. You should wash area with neutrogena oil free. Apply Adapalene gel once at night. Take antibiotic like azithromycin 500 mg. If condition doesn't improve in a month then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation. Doctor may prescribe hydroquinone cream , retinoids or recommend procedures like laser therapy and dermabrasion. Wash these areas with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your skin once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid containing cream twice a day.
