I am female. I cut myself shaving in my genital area a few weeks ago. At first I thought it was nothing, but it was very itchy and burned. I used vagisil for about 7 days. I started experiencing burning while urinating. I went to an urgent care center and they told me I had a UTI. They said I had a large cut down there aswell. They gave me antibiotics and a cream called nistatin. I ve been using it for 4 days now with no improvement. It is almost actually worse. I now not only have a cut, but large bumps around it that are very itchy, they almost look like blisters. I don t have health insurance. I am sexually active aswell. I m not sure what my next step is? Very painful. 9/10 pain scale.
