Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On Face
I have a few spots on my face that started off as itchy bumps. Almost like hives but when scratched leave a small hole. They weep clear fluid and then crust over with yellow orange colored scabs. What is this and how can I get rid of them? I get these often and it takes forever for them to heal.

Based on the description the lesions may be impetigo which is a bacterial infection of the skin.
A course of antibiotics is needed for resolution.
In addition, cleaning the area with anti septic solution and applying topical antibiotics would also help.
