Suggest Treatment For Itchy Bumps On The Buttocks

I have something that looks like more than just a bump on the inside on my left butt cheek. It s like right near where my butthole is, but not quite there. It s still on my cheek. I went to the bathroom earlier and I saw some blood, (but I had also itched it a few hours earlier) but I figured I could squeeze it and see what would come out, and it was all clear stuff. Almost like water, just more gross. And I really don t know what it is... But it hurts really, really, horribly bad.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it could be infective boil and formation of abscess need to be ruled out, till then anti-inflammatory drugs can be used and best would be "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg" three times in day, if this is pus formation then you need to have antibiotic too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
