Hello,

You have itchy bumps on your hands, it keeps recurring and it came back 2 weeks ago. It can be suggestive of scabies. Take regular bath and keep your fingers and hands clean. You can apply Ascabiol lotion all over your fingers, hands, arms to elbow, etc. and the affected area. Leave it for 40 minutes and then wash it clean.

The itchy bumps will get reduced if it is scabies. Avoid getting into springs and swimming pools. Do not share your toiletries with anyone. Other medical conditions that can cause similar symptoms are contact dermatitis, dyshidrosis, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, etc. Control your blood sugar level at all cost. Apply a thin layer of ointment hydrocortisone to get rid of itching.

Use mild and unscented soaps and lotions. Use cold compresses to your hands and soothe the skin to reduce the itchiness. Stay away from anything to which your skin is allergic. You can take antihistamine for relief, one in the evening for 3-4 days. Wear gloves in dry, cold weather. Drink plenty of water to keep your body and skin hydrated. Avoid hand dryers that blow hot air, which can further irritate your skin.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
