General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Fungal infections & Psoriasis commonly causes itchy fingernail cuticles. You are suggested to visit ER, get physically examined & get treated for fungal infection & psoriasis, you need antibiotics & antifungals (course of fluconazole). Stop using hand sanitizers & nail polish removers, keep your hands moisturized. Take high protein, calcium & iron-rich diet. Take care of your hygiene. You can apply fluconazole creams & ointments locally to get rid of itching. Take Levocetirizine for relieve.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
