Suggest Treatment For Itchy Foreskin And Penis With Yellowish Discharge

i am 25years male from india.. i have penile problem... some days ago i found red patches under my forskin and also on glans of the penis which is not painful but when i washed it with water during bath it burning.. after that i consult a general sexologist doctor and he gave me 2tube.. n tell me to mix them and use them and also give me medicine and told me it is minor infection.. i am using this from 8 days and skin of the glans and forskin very itchy and also when i pull back my forskin very itchy yellowish discharge also found and very wet like feeling inside.. i have no problem in urine like burning or anything.. no pain also... but redness as it is after used medicine also and discharge also present whenever i see.. when i wash it then i feel like burning very bad and after i clean it with fan air.. and again after some time when i see again i found it wet with discharge.. i think this discharge came out from end of the glans or from whole forskin.. i also had report my dietebes , hemoglobin and hiv , shyphils, herpes and all was negative.. so what should i do ? pls help me...
