Suggest Treatment For Itchy Growth On The Labia Majora
I noticed a smooth growth on labia majora 8 months ago. It is not under the skin but on top. It itched some during the winter but is really irritated by sweat during the summer. It doesn t seem like it has grown much. I do notice that if I scratch it it will swell some then go back down. Is it cancer?
Labia major lesion could be cause from genital wart without ulcer. It just raise above your skin and some kinds are smooth and some kinds are irregular. The cause of it is from human papillomavirus cause by sexual transmitted disease. There are several medicines that can help get rid of warts. Most medicines are lotions or gels that go on the warts. They have to applied one or more times a week for many weeks. If you not get better with the medicines we also have other option for remove the warts such as cryotherapy, electrocautery. Make sure you get treatment by seeing your doctor and get the evaluation.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
